This was the perfect camper for our mini round trip around the Northern Island of New Zealand. Thank you team:-) We travelled with the four of us; 2 adults + 2 children and this campervan was perfect to use for the trip! It has everything we needed.

The customer service was amazing, very helpful at check-in and WhatsApp help line very quick and helpful. Would recommend, really good company

Everything was so good! A few more cleaning pad for the toilet would have been usefull. Like I said before, everything was perfect! We will come back and explore more of NZ!!

We had an excellent trip using Indie Campers. Everything went really smoothly. The app works brilliantly. Thank you for everything!

Overall experience was really good and team went above and beyond to help where needed The whole experience was really good. The Van was in good condition and was good for the whole trip, really smooth and easy to drive for a quite larger vehicle. Customer service was top tier.

Everything was great! We loved everything about our experience with IndieCampers! The van is amazing and having heating was particularly good for our winter trip. The team were super helpful and we had everything we needed.

The cleanliness wasn’t as good as the one we rented in the South Island. A larger coffee pot would be ideal for 2 people. Include a phone holder for the pop top. It’s a small expense but meant that we wouldn’t have had to have bought one ourselves. Had a great time. The only complaint was with customer service struggles trying to claim a refund on a rogue service charge. That’s nothing to do with the depot, only reflects badly on the company.

On the website show what kind of surf board you’re renting, I used it twice then just rented hard tops instead, other than that no complaints I had a super fun time my only complaint would be I would have liked to know what kind of board I was getting

Had a great trip around the North Island with our Indie van. Loved the Untilate freedom to go with a loose plan and change up on the fly with weather or other interests coming along. Thanks for the fab experience with a competent and complete van!

Only thing I think is better signs from the road. My Uber driver had a tough time finding the building. Excellent team of people and the van was perfect for our trip. Smooth and easy drive and very comfortable!

Very smooth process. Super friendly team. Excellent tour of the van - very useful. There was an issue with the toilet cassette leaking urine back into the bathroom. All the team at Indie Campers Auckland were super friendly and helpful. Van was otherwise in excellent condition and made for a comfortable trip. Would absolutely book again!

Overall the experience was fantastic. Service great. The vehicle was wonderful. Maybe just some more communication of kms how that works, I personally think bedding should be included but i understand that’s where you can make money. Just better signage at the front of the CarPark to make it easier to find the building. The vehicle was great. Service fantastic. Just be sure to map out your trip so you know how much mileage to get! Rookie error on my part but other than that amazing way to see lots of places.

Inside the camper was dirty when I received it but everything else was fantastic. Fantastic, great way to see the country.

We loved the roof top tent and camp kitchen, the staff were wonderful!

We were very happy with checkout process. The communication was excellent and the support provided was great. With the bedding, we did not receive any pillow, but only the pillowcases. The vehicle was somewhat difficult to drive. A little bit more information on orientation would’ve been helpful. Clarification on what the cleaning package includes, including the fact that we do have to empty the graywater and Blackwater would’ve been great. We did empty them ourselves anyway prior to checking out. Overall a positive experience. For first time campers, we would highly recommend not getting manual transmission. We would also highly recommend some orientation and recommendations in regards to how to enhance the camping experience so that it’s not so stressful.

Had an issue with the camper in Milford Sound New Zealand and there we had very limited network coverage with no internet access. Managed to talk to contact center and they advised to send WhatsApp msg to a number. Try to improve roadside assistance with a calling option too as the travellers might have no or limitied internet connection The vehicle was so good and it is our second time taking Indie Camper. The staffs are so warm and friendly. Indie camper is always our first choice. Keep up the good work.
